Order has been restored to my house, thank God, as I am cooking for company tonight. So instead of “I Can’t Help Myself Friday”, I’ve been making Coquilles St Jacques and scalloped potatoes. And having glass of wine in between. Cooks deserve that.

I'm always on a quest for the best yogurt. Siggis is an Icelandic yogurt that comes in unusual flavors like Orange Ginger. Grapefruit and Pomegranate. If you like tart not too sugary yogurt, this one's for you! Yummy!

I loved this book, and the author Kathryn Stockett was especially adept at capturing the dialect of the maids.

I can't believe I was never assigned this book somewhere along the line, but it seemed a good choice after reading the Help.
